Food and service was fantastic, it's a lovely little place that I would absolutely return to. Only marked the atmosphere down as there were some incredibly loud tables of drinkers within the dining area that spoiled it for us, however it was around 8pm on a Friday night at that point to be fair so in future I would make sure to leave earlier before the bar element of the place comes in and would recommend anyone wanting a nice chilled dining experience to go earlier too, as it's quite a small place so when things get raucous it really has an impact. Of course this is outside the restaurants control but just something to be mindful of, still totally recommend it and we really enjoyed all the dishes we tried. Thank you!
I went for the first time tonight with my wife and son, the service was good, food was truly delicious, best tapas I’ve had in the uk I think, I would definitely go back
First visit to the Punch Bar & Tapas and it didn't disappoint, the menu choice, specials and food were excellent. We were a party of 6, the service was on point and everyone throughly enjoyed the dishes selected - The star of the show was the Seabass! So pleased we made it before the snow landed Definitely be back for another visit
We had a very tasty and enjoyable tapas dinner at the Punch Bar, certainly helped along by a bottle of Champagne. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and also patient when we couldn't decide which of the dishes we should choose. This was our first visit and certainly won't be our last. I have no hesitation in recommending the restaurant or any of the delicious dishes we ordered.
Being new to the area, we paid a visit for a weekend 'move-in celebration' We couldn't have made a better choice. The food and service was absolutely phenomenal. I recommend the padron peppers and the Onglet steak.
Had a delicious meal here to celebrate Father's Day/a birthday/family reunion. All of the dishes we had were of a very high quality - quality ingredients, full of flavour and absolutely delicious! Many thanks - we'll be back soon.
Enjoyed visiting here with our young family. Excellent range of tapas with good portion sizes and fair prices. Every dish was delicious. Smart decor with relaxed atmosphere. Children's menu available. Decent range of drinks plus low/no alcohol options. The ice cream sundaes are highly recommended! Our only small negative was that our waitress didn't know/check the details of some of the dessert options.
